Choosing a Licensed and Insured Concrete Contractor

6/17/2018

Got a new concrete patio or driveway on your mind?
Looking for a competent concrete contractor company? This keyword is looked up hundreds of times by individuals looking for concrete services in their area.
While many of these individuals receive quality concrete services, others aren't so fortunate.
Before you just sign away an invoice and put down deposit money to some random concrete contractor first ask them these questions:
  • Are you Licensed
  • Are you Insured
  • How many years have you been in business
  • What kind of review ratings do you have on google for concrete services
  • Can you give me references or can you show me pictures of your previous concrete services
Ask these questions if you're looking to add value to your home by adding a concrete addition.
Choosing a concrete contractor in Omaha that isn't licensed or insured could end up costing you thousands more than anticipated if the job doesn't hold up.

Thank you for your information about hiring a concrete contractor. I found it helpful when you said to ask them if they can give you references and if their a insured and licensed. My husband and I are needing some concrete work done. Knowing that it is good to ask these types of questions can help us find a good contractor to work with.

I can imagine that it could be really nice for a business to find a concrete contractor. Making sure that they are professionals could be really nice. It was interesting to learn about how you should choose one that is insured and licensed.

I agree that you should ask how many years the contractor has been in business to find out how much experience they have. Experience is really important because then they've had time to learn from their mistakes. They've also probably figured out the most efficient way to do things.

I recently moved into a home with a concrete driveway in desperate need of repair so I need some advice about hiring a paving company. Your article had some great tips for choosing a contractor that could help fix my cracked and crumbling concrete, and I liked how you said to check out reviews online to find out what people are saying about a potential hire. Thanks for sharing what factors to keep in mind when looking for a good paving contractor and what will determine their good service.

I loved that you mentioned concrete structures will help you to reduce annual energy costs. My husband is thinking about remodeling his office, and we are looking for advice about what to do. I will let him know about your recommendations to choose the right concrete professional to help him. https://www.greenesinc.com/concrete-cutting-services
